Jake's Place is named after Darryll E. Jacobson, a man whose journey through alcohol addiction touched countless lives with compassion, courage, and authenticity.

Steve Jacobson, founder of Fairway Home Mortgage, and son of Darryll Jacobson, worked with Tellurian to bring this project to life to honor his father, and to provide a sanctuary of hope and healing for all who enter. A place of safety, support, and second chances. Your donation will help Tellurian provide much needed resources for clients in times of crisis.

$5,000 Provides psychiatry, peer support, and a comprehensive team of case managers to clients in need.
$2500 Provides our Crisis Intervention Team with food vouchers to serve clients experiencing homelessness.
$1000 Provides several tents for our clients experiencing homelessness.
$500 Provides shoes, clothing, and necessities for clients experiencing crisis.
$100 Provides one hotel voucher to protect a client from harsh weather.
